Snowboard Safety

Helmets are highly recommended while snowboarding, They also help keep your head warm during those colder days. Helmet are required to participate in group trips with Snowboarding for Tourettes.

Wrist injuries are the most common injury among snowboarders, especially when first learning the sport. I personally wear both upper and lower body protection as well as knee pads.

While on the mountain be sure to drink regularly to avoid dehydration and muscle fatigue.
